Shipping policy
We ship Maaii products from the Netherlands to your doorstep. Once you have placed your order please allow one to two business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace number. If you did not receive the confirmation email please check your spam folder in your email. Please note that Maaii cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays caused by the courier.

Orders being shipped outside the EU may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees are not collected by Maaii.
Important Shipping Update for Customers in the USA, Canada & Middle East
We’re currently unable to ship our Wake Up Texturizing Volume Spray to the USA, Canada, and Middle Eastern countries due to ongoing customs and regulatory restrictions. Unfortunately, we do not have a timeline for when service will resume.
All our other Maaii products remain available for shipment as usual.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve this issue.
Maaii does not offer package rerouting, pick-ups, or refunds on items that have been shipped to hotels, warehouses, businesses or other temporary locations.
If your Maaii package arrives incomplete or damaged as a result of shipment, please take a photo of the shipping box, the Maaii products and their outer cardboard packaging. Kindly email these photos to Info@Maaiihair.com within 5 business days so we can be of further assistance.
